The Letium Coated Helmet is a Mission Item used in the 
Korolev Campaign Mission A Powerful Discovery Part 3.
The Mission requires the Prospector to visit the Missing Engineer Body on Crescent Falls and collect the Letium Coated Helmet item, as well as kill 3 Creatures next to the body.
The Missing Engineer Body is inside a cave between Starport Admin and Osiris Wildlife Preserve.

Story
In A Powerful Discovery, Korolev is trying to find a good source of stable 
Letium to revolutionize Veltecite refining and rake in massive profits. In A Powerful Discovery Part 1, it states that they retrieved the body of an old miner, covered in solidified Letium. The prospector then has to visit a few locations on Fortuna III, to investigate the last sites that the miner visited. One of those sites is the cave between Starport Admin and Osiris Wildlife Preserve, where the miner was working with on of Korolev's best mudloggers. Upon investigating the cave, the Prospector finds the remains of the mudlogger, also covered in solidified Letium. Several warning signs about toxic Letium gas are posted inside the cave. Next to the body is the Letium Coated Helmet, which the prospector has to collect and bring back to the Prospect Station.
