You can normaly find Veltecite Nodes close to Rivers,Waterfalls and Lakes
Loot
You can get 5 different Types of Veltecite out of any node with following possibilities. There is also a slight chance to get a 
Polirium Crystal, as that can be found in multiple types of ores, including Nickel and Titan Ore.
