Veltecite is a Mining Item you get out of mining Veltecite Nodes.

You can normally find Veltecite Nodes close to Rivers,Waterfalls and Lakes
Loot
You can get 5 different Types of Veltecite out of any node with following possibilities. There is also a slight chance to get a 
Polirium Crystal, as that can be found in multiple types of ores, including Nickel and Titan Ore.

Veltecite is highly requested by any Faction for its ability to be used as power source. While ICA keeps the Station running, Korolev uses Veltecite Refiners, wich like the name says need Veltecite, to keep the Station supplyed with enough Energy.
