Description
An off the record log of some of the events that occurred on Tharis island. While badly damaged, and much of it is in short hand, what's evident is Korolev ran into serious issues in the caverns: several reports of miners going missing, pervasive malaise, multiple accidents... The operation's foreman clearly had little regard for workplace safety.
