:The new format must have the month as words. This is to make sure that all our international users can understand the wiki properly. Beyond that I am open for suggestions, but I prefer it written our rather than using slashes (/). Dates should be able to be read naturally. Change timeformat to logical format

- The new format must have the month as words. This is to make sure that all our international users can understand the wiki properly.
