The K-28 Pistol is the standard issue side-arm, capable of delivering a conditioned Prospector to a safe Evac. The K-28 Pistol runs on light ammo and is a semi-automatic; therefore, with a base magazine size of 12 and a base damage of 12, the user may expect upwards of 144 damage per clip, potentially fired in a minimum of 1 and a half seconds, assuming perfect aim. The pistol itself seems to be based off an 1911, or perhaps a standard issue Colt 9mm, both recognizable in the architecture. In-game, the weapon seems to be built by an unrecognized corporation, though hints are abound, pointing to an older corporation which preceded the current Factions, though this theory is unfounded as of yet. Within the wiki, the faction is listed as "Station", until more information can be found in regards to the maker of this weapon.
