Summary
The audio decoy is an Uncommon consumable that emits fake gunshots when thrown. It is useful to distract Creatures or other Prospectors. It is available to Print without unlocking anything.
Usage
The audio decoy must be in a prospector's Inventory before it can be used. When the audio decoy is thrown it arcs through the air, similar to a Frag Grenade. Five seconds after the audio decoy grenade hits the ground it will start to emit fake gunshots from it. These gunshots are only auditory and do not deal any damage.
If a Creature hears the gunshots within its hearing range, it will be drawn to it. This will distract the creature until the audio decoy expires or if the creature is damaged.
Uses
This item can be used to upgrade the personal quarters to level 2.
